CISON V8 PRO 2026 V1.1 – 12 Key Upgrades Explained

We are excited to introduce the latest CISON V8 PRO 2026 V1.1 upgrade, featuring a series of refinements focused on ignition stability, cooling efficiency, mechanical durability, and overall engine responsiveness.

This update is not a redesign of the engine, but a comprehensive optimization based on user feedback and long-term testing, improving both performance consistency and maintenance convenience.

Below are the 12 key upgrades in this new version:

🔥 12 Key Upgrades in V1.1 Version

1. Upgraded Spark Plug

Improved ignition stability and combustion efficiency.

2. 60,000 RPM High-Frequency CDI System Reintroduced

Restored high-frequency CDI output for stronger and more consistent ignition performance.

3. Distributor Updated to 3144E Single Hall Sensor Design

Uses a common Hall sensor structure, making replacement and maintenance easier.

4. Water Pump Redesigned (Dual-layer → Single-layer)

Optimized flow structure for more balanced and stable cooling performance.

5. Cylinder Water Cooling Connector Upgraded (M4 → M5)

Improved durability and sealing strength of the cooling interface.

6. Water Cooling T-Joint Enlarged (6mm → 7.5mm)

Increases coolant flow rate for better heat dissipation.

7. Oil Pump Gear System Updated

New gear design improves durability and long-term stability.

8. Carburetor Response Curve Optimized

Better throttle response and smoother fuel-air transition.

9. Camshaft Fixing Method Changed (Flat Key → Pin Type)

Improves mechanical locking strength and precision alignment.

10. Valve Polishing Process Enhanced

New grinding and polishing process for smoother airflow and reduced friction.

11. CDI Voltage Requirement Clarified (8–10V DC Recommended)

To ensure Hall sensor durability, CDI should be powered within 8–10V DC range.

12. Tachometer Compatibility & Setting Updated

Due to ignition system changes, only tachometers produced after 2026-04-16 are compatible.
Required setting: TG:L RT:x0.25

⚠️ Important Notice

Please make sure to follow the updated electrical and tachometer requirements. Incorrect setup may result in inaccurate RPM readings or unstable ignition behavior.

When can you ship the engines? I have ordered two months ago on March 1st and the tracker still shows no activity/shipment. Thx for an info.
