Duty-Free Shipping:
Products in our local U.S. warehouses are not subject to new tariffs, meaning you won’t face any additional duties or fees. We highly recommend choosing these items for faster delivery and to avoid potential customs charges.
Delivery Time:
Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouses will typically arrive within 2-7 business days, so you can enjoy your purchase sooner.
How to Identify U.S. Warehouse Products:
Look for the “Ships from US Warehouse” label on the product page to ensure your order qualifies for this faster, duty-free shipping.
Shipping Policy for Products Not Stocked at Our U.S. Warehouse
At Stirlingkit, we offer a variety of products that may not be stocked in our U.S. warehouse. For these items, the following shipping policy applies:
Standard Shipping:
When products are shipped from overseas to the U.S., we’ve already taken care of all duties and customs fees, meaning there will be no surprise charges for you. Your order will arrive in approximately 15-20 business days.
Express Shipping:
For orders over $500 USD, we’ll upgrade you to express shipping at no extra cost. This service also includes all duties and customs fees, with an expected delivery time of 5-13 business days.
Important Note:
Delivery Delays: Due to logistics and inventory issues, some orders may experience a 2-5 day delivery delay. This is normal, and we recommend ordering early to receive your items sooner.
Limited Stock: Products are selling quickly, and stock is limited. Please place your order soon to avoid missing out on your favorite items.
Policy Updates: Our shipping policy may change based on real-time conditions. Subscribe for updates or contact customer service to stay informed.
