Whether you plan to give our engine as a Christmas gift or prepare a special surprise for the New Year, we are very sorry that we have not been able to fully meet your expectations for delivery speed during this special holiday season. We feel every bit of your waiting, so we would like to sincerely explain our current situation to you and thank you for your understanding and tolerance. When your order is shipped from our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Expedited Shipping
- Order Time Requirement: Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 12 PM EST, Monday through Friday, to ensure same-day shipment.
- Service Coverage: Expedited shipping is available only within the continental United States and is not available for P.O. Box addresses.
- Weekend Delivery: We do not offer weekend delivery for expedited orders and cannot guarantee weekend shipments.

To ensure your order arrives before Christmas, please follow these shipping deadlines:

Christmas is the busiest period for global logistics, and the transportation network bears tremendous pressure. Even if we have made a lot of preparations in advance, it is inevitable that we will encounter some situations beyond our control. We are well aware of the anxiety of waiting, especially in the days of expecting gifts to arrive, so we are deeply sorry for your inconvenience.
Stirlingkit is not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. We ship your order on the same day we send you tracking information via email. Once the package leaves our warehouse, the processing and routing of your order are no longer within our control.

Each of our engines is a meticulously crafted piece of machinery, requiring not only precision manufacturing but also extensive quality testing and adjustments. This dedication ensures that every product meets the highest standards before it reaches your hands, but it also means that production and shipping can take more time than simpler products.
Shipping Updates During the Holiday Season
1. US Warehouse & European Warehouse
Currently, the inventory situation of US warehouse and European warehouse is relatively stable, and most orders can be shipped on time. Usually, orders in these regions will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days. However, with the increase in logistics demand, transportation in some areas may be slightly delayed.
In response to this situation, we are working closely with international logistics companies such as DHL and UPS to ensure that you can provide faster and more reliable shipping services. If there is a problem with the courier service provider in your area, we will do our best to provide alternative solutions.
US Warehouse:
- Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.
- Customers in the East Coast may receive their orders faster, while West Coast deliveries might take a little longer.
- For 2025, we are planning to open a West Coast warehouse to further improve delivery times.
European Warehouse (Czech Republic):
- Orders generally ship within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
For customers with urgent needs, we recommend choosing products in stock at our US or European warehouses or selecting DHL Express for faster delivery.
For products that are in stock at China's Hk warehouse, we will prioritize processing these orders, and shipping times will typically be shorter. However, if your order contains multiple items and some are out of stock, it may cause a slight delay.
To ensure you receive the available products as soon as possible, we will ship the in-stock items first. As a result, you may receive multiple packages. If you prefer to wait and receive all items together, please leave a note in the order comments or contact our customer service team via email, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

- Other Scenarios:

6. Pre-Order Items
For pre-order items, we strictly adhere to the promised shipping timeline. Currently, the only product available for pre-order is the Toyan FS-V800BGC.
This product has already completed 40% of its production, and all inventory is being manufactured based on actual orders. Due to limited stock, we highly recommend placing your order in advance. Once the current inventory is sold out, additional production will require an extra 60 days.

7. Planning Ahead for Chinese New Year
As you may know, Chinese New Year begins on January 29th, 2025, and most factories in China will close for the holiday. Many workers will take an extended break, and production is expected to resume in mid-February. This means orders placed closer to the holiday may face delays, with delivery times potentially extending to late February or early March.
To avoid delays, we encourage you to place your orders early, especially for items that require production or are currently on pre-sale.

8.1 What if my order is delayed?
If there is a delay, we will notify you in advance and provide the following solutions:
1. Provide you with expedited shipping services to ensure delivery as soon as possible.
2. Provide priority processing for your order to ensure that your other orders are not affected.
8.2 What if you cannot receive the goods before Christmas?
If you expect that you will not receive the goods before Christmas, you can choose the following methods:
Refund: If you no longer need the product, we will refund you.
Exchange: You can choose other products, or send the products to your convenient address.
Second best option: As a New Year's gift. We can deliver some delayed orders before the New Year.
8.3 Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
If you make an error when placing your order, such as selecting the wrong engine model or product, you can cancel your order within one hour of placing it via the order confirmation page. This allows you to correct the mistake and resubmit the order with the right details. After the one-hour window, we are unable to cancel or modify orders.
We may be able to update your shipping address after the first hour, but this is not guaranteed as we process and ship orders quickly. To request an address update, email service@stirlingkit.com with the subject line “Update Shipping Address,” and our team will do their best to assist.
If cancellation is not possible, don’t worry — we offer free returns and exchanges.
8.4 When Will My Engine Ship?
Orders are processed promptly and shipped within 1-7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
8.5 Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
Yes, we provide UPS Two-Day and Next-Day shipping options. Please note:
- Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST to ship the same day.
- Expedited services do not include Saturday delivery.
Orders placed before 12 PM EST on Friday with Next Day Air will be delivered on Monday.
