Basically, it won't charge tax in USA. All standard orders will be shipped within 24 hours of confirmation from our team that they have received your order. You will receive your parcel within 1-5 days. If your order includes an item that we indicated will be shipped at a later date, we will ship the order out separately once the item arrives.

Your order ships from one of our four Distribution Centers located in western and eastern America, typically from the center closest to you.If an item is unavailable at the nearest center, it will ship from the next closest, with a maximum of two shipments per order. You’ll receive a detailed packing slip indicating where each item is shipped from for easy tracking.

We ship orders via FedEx,DHL or common carrier. Next Day Air is available upon request for an additional fee.For orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time), we may ship in parts to ensure you get items as soon as possible. When this happens, FedEx may deliver on consecutive days, with the packing slip included in the final box.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges.

It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 30 days from the date of arrival. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If your order is not fulfilled, you can contact our engine expert to change it for you. If not, all items purchased during a sale or marked at a discounted rate cannot be exchanged or refunded. This policy is only valid for the items in the USA warehouse. If you send them back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund.
