These return policies apply only to products purchased directly from Stirlingkit.com.
1. Returns Due to Damage or Defect
If a product is damaged, defective, or non-functional upon arrival, you can return it within 30 days under our warranty policy. In such cases, Stirlingkit will cover the return shipping costs.
- If only certain accessories are damaged due to shipping, we will provide free replacement parts instead of a full return.
- If the package is damaged, we can offer a partial refund or send a replacement package based on the extent of the damage.
2. Returns for Personal Reasons
Most products are eligible for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days. However, if the return is due to personal reasons—such as ordering the wrong item or disliking the product—the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and taxes.
- The item must be unused and in new condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
- If the product has been used or is not in resellable condition, the return request will be denied.
All returns require an RMA authorization before being processed.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Items that do not meet our return criteria will be sent back at the customer’s expense. This includes:
- Products not purchased from Stirlingkit.com
- Items without a valid serial number (missing, altered, or unreadable)
- Products received more than 30 days ago
- Items returned without original packaging, manuals, cables, or accessories
- Products with physical damage, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear
- Items damaged due to improper personal use
- Lost return shipments (Stirlingkit is not responsible for lost packages; we recommend using tracked shipping.)
RMA Process: 3 Easy Steps
1. Request RMA Authorization
Email service@stirlingkit.com with the following details:
- Order number
- SKU (product ID)
- Reason for return (with images or video if applicable)
- Preference for replacement, partial refund, or full refund
We will respond within 1-2 business days.
2. Ship the Return
After receiving RMA approval, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Stirlingkit using the provided return address.
- No prepaid return label: Stirlingkit does not offer prepaid return labels. Customers must ship the product at their local post office.
- The return package must include the original packaging, accessories, and the RMA authorization form.
- A tracking number is required. Stirlingkit is not responsible for any lost shipments.
- Important: Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our official website. Stirlingkit only operates under the official domain stirlingkit.com. Any similar or derivative domain names are not affiliated with us, and we are not responsible for orders made through those sites or third-party platforms.
3. Receive a Replacement or Refund
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product. If the return is confirmed to be due to a quality issue, Stirlingkit will issue a refund within 7 business days after the confirmation of the defect. We will also reimburse the return shipping cost within this time frame.
- Refunds for quality issues will be processed within 7 business days. If you do not receive your refund after 7 business days, please contact us at service@stirlingkit.com.
- If a replacement part is needed, it will be shipped within 2 business days, subject to stock availability.
- If the product requires repairs, it will take 15-20 business days to complete. Mechanical repairs require careful attention to detail and can take additional time. Once the repair is finished, we will promptly contact you and ship the repaired product.
