Current Progress and Efforts 🚀
We truly understand the inconvenience caused by missing parts, and we are equally eager to resolve this as soon as possible. We are closely monitoring every detail to ensure that each issue is resolved quickly. However, some parts involve more complex production processes, which might delay the production and replacement of these parts. Rest assured, we are following up on this every day to avoid any delays.
Replacement Parts Progress 🔧
We are in close communication with the production team, and while some parts have been delayed, we are doing everything we can to expedite the process. Once the parts arrive, we will ship them out immediately via express delivery.
- Parts already shipped: For parts that are already in stock, we will ship them immediately, and most missing orders will be processed by March 10.
- Parts in production: Some parts are in more complex stages of production and will be delayed, but we expect them to be completed by March 25. We will continue to update you on the progress.
Manual Updates and Support 📚
We are well aware of the importance of a detailed manual for new users, especially during the assembly process. In order to reduce your waiting time, we are working hard to improve the manual, add more illustrations and information, and ensure that every user can easily complete the assembly of TOYAN V8. At present, our TOYAN V8 FAQ has been completed, but due to some unforeseen reasons, the illustrations are still being improved. We are carefully drawing and designing these illustrations to ensure that every detail is accurate. Since some illustrations are more complicated and require more time, we expect to complete the update before March 20, and will upload the updated manual to the Stirlingkit official website for your reference as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you can still refer to the existing TOYAN V8 FAQ content to get most of the required operating instructions. If you have any questions or need further help, please feel free to contact us. We will continue to monitor the progress to ensure that we provide you with the best experience in the end. Secondary Quality Checks ✅
We have conducted rigorous secondary quality checks on all current stock, and products that pass these checks will be shipped out first, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
- Quality check progress: 90% of the stock has passed quality checks, and the remaining parts will be completed by March 7.
