pls note that if M17b engine has compression, you can't turn the crank shaft.
if your engine have low compression or no compression, pls check if the valve is opened. if the valve is closed normally, there is a gap gap between the valve connecting rod and the valve and the rod won't touch the valve.
If there is no compression, please turn the valve by hand to see if it works. Because each of our valves is polished and there is a quality inspection before shipment. so it's caused by shipping damage.
