The 185 engine is a widely used power unit that can be applied to a variety of mechanical equipment. As the supporting power of the 185 small four-wheel tractor, it can meet the needs of farmland operations, cargo transportation, etc. In addition, it can also provide stable power for water pumps, CNC processing machinery and power generation equipment.
Main structural and performance advantages
Flexible installation: Whether it is used for tractors or fixed equipment, the 185 engine can be easily adapted. When used for tractors, the engine body is firmly mounted on the front bracket of the chassis with 4 M2.5 screws, and the chassis clutch housing is connected to the flywheel housing with 8 M1.6 screws; when used for fixed equipment, the power can be flexibly output through the pulley on the flywheel to meet the needs of a variety of equipment.
High-precision processing: CNC precision processing technology is used to ensure that the parts are highly matched, improve operating stability and extend service life.
Excellent cooling effect: Equipped with an efficient centrifugal cooling fan, it can maintain the ideal temperature of the engine during long-term operation to avoid performance degradation or failure due to overheating.
Perfect lubrication system: It is designed with a metal ring and piston lubrication system, and the engine oil effectively lubricates the piston and camshaft through the connecting rod oil channel. The piston is designed with two gas rings and one oil ring to prevent oil and gas leakage, improve sealing and performance.
Advanced ignition system: uses precision mechanical trigger ignition to ensure accurate and reliable ignition. At the same time, it is equipped with a two-stage filter to prevent impurities from entering the oil system, protect internal parts, and extend the life of the engine.
