I ordered the prefabricated FL4-175 engine with the starter kit in mid-April and various accessories a little later. Everything arrived in Germany well packaged and undamaged. The fact that the operating instructions were so small, modest and poor was disappointing. The ignition point setting is poorly described and a clear exploded view would be helpful. When the starter kit was delivered, the spark plugs were present but the plug caps were missing. Overall, the ordered delivery was not complete and it had to be delivered later. All this necessitated extensive, repeated written correspondence. The replies took a long time and were sometimes unsatisfactory. I am still awaiting answers to my enquiries. I also urgently need the missing "plug-caps".
I have now ordered several engines and accessories in the past and have also returned them (Musa Engine- which did not work). All in all, I am somewhat disappointed with the service offered and this is also confirmed in the relevant forums. For these reasons, and also in view of the considerable price you have invested as a buyer, I will refrain from placing any further orders.
