Propeller Rotating Stirling Engine Motor Model Steam Heat Generator Physical Model Toy Collection Creative Educational Toy
Features:
.100% brand new with high quality .Exquisite appearance, hexagonal shape and domineering eye, including wooden propellers, looks very technical .A selection of high-quality materials, the brass body is firm and strong .The quartz heating tube can be operated at high speed for a long time without wear .The transparent glass floor gives a feeling of high-end atmosphere. The product is designed to pursue the details .The whole surface is treated with smooth, bright and golden light. It is not easy to rust and fade, achieving a combination of texture and beauty .During operation, the engine model is placed in a horizontal position, and alcohol is injected into the alcohol lamp to ensure the safety of the alcohol lamp .The alcohol lamp heats the piston tube, and the dry air expands to generate power, which drives the propeller to rotate rapidly .Use 95% alcohol (self-prepared)during operation, no water, kerosene, gasoline, lighter oil, liqueur .Entertaining and learning, through the hands-on operation, you can observe the entire engine running process, more intuitive understanding of the Stirling engine power generation principle, and deepen your interest in physics learning .The product itself has been assembled and can be used directly .At the same time, its superior quality and exquisite appearance also make it have a high collection value and can be used as a high-end gift .The product is suitable for people over 14 years old .Tips: Be careful not to be hot to the high temperature during the operation
Such a cool little model! You can tell it was well crafted with precision milling, very well constructed.
Shipping was surprisingly fast (2 weeks).
Spins fast, but not too fast to blow out its own flame (although if I increase the wick's length, the flame would be bigger and hence would spin faster...but need to be careful as the red and green gaskets/washers are plastic and could possibly melt if temps got too high). I only have about 2mm of wick exposed.
I used over the counter 90% rubbing alcohol as a fuel, which burns very clean.
