Merkmale:
Zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts tauchten in Europa zahlreiche Motoren auf. Die Zuverlässigkeit von Glühkopfmotoren, die Möglichkeit, mehrere Kraftstoffe zu verwenden, und der stunden- oder tagelange Betrieb machten sie in der Land- und Forstwirtschaft sowie in der Schifffahrt beliebt. Dort wurden sie zum Pumpen und Antrieb von Fräs-, Säge- und Dreschmaschinen eingesetzt. Glühkopfmotoren werden auch in Straßenwalzen und Traktoren eingesetzt.
.Inspiriert von den Motoren, die in Europa Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts aufkamen, besteht der horizontale Viertakt-Gasmotor mit einem äußerst markanten großen Schwungrad aus Gusseisen aus einer großen Anzahl von Gusseisenteilen und einer dunkelgrünen Lackierung auf der Oberfläche für mehr Retro-Textur.
.Der Motor verwendet eine CDI-Hochdruckzündung, Benzin als Kraftstoff und eine Kolbenpumpe zur Wasserkühlung und verfügt über ein einstellbares Verdichtungsverhältnis und einen einstellbaren Hub sowie eine simulierte Kurbelhand zum Starten des Motors, um den ursprünglichen Geschmack wiederherzustellen.
.Gepaart mit einem hochwertigen Holzsockel kann das Modell eine niedrige Geschwindigkeit beibehalten und stabil laufen, was zu einer überragenden Leistung führt, die von vielen gelobt wird. Damit ist es ein hervorragendes Desktop-Modell und eine erstklassige Wahl für Sammler von Retro-Motoren.

After running the engine for several hours I noticed the engine would start to bind up while warm. This would go away after the engine cooled. I took the engine apart and found the cylinder walls to be polished like a mirror from the rubber O rings. It seems four rings are too many. The two middle rings receive no oil after the cylinder walls become polished. I removed the two lower rings and found the engine runs just fine with no cylinder blow by. It still maintains full compression. I have always oiled the back of the piston before running. Oiling the back of the piston will keep both rings lubricated. If you need new rings the size is 1mm wire thickness by 22mm diameter.
I run my engine on a 50:1 two cycle mix. Stihl leaf blower mix. I did have a problem with the clear plastic tube gasoline tank. After putting gas in the tank I noticed a small crack. The next day the plastic tank was full of cracks. It seems the gasoline was reacting with the plastic. I ordered a new piece of polycarbonate tubing 1-1/4 x 1-1/8. It fit fine and made a good seal after careful cutting. The new tube holds up with gasoline. I notice to be careful not to choke while starting more than one turn of the crank or sparkplug will foul. The seal washer on the plug is poor quality. I needed to place a small amount of RTV sealant on the washer to make a good seal. I test the seal with leak soap to ensure a good seal. I can now start the engine with less than one turn. I feel like a kid with a new toy!
Like the tittle says, total POS. Stripped and missing screw, not timed, won’t run. Spent hours trying to time, fix, find appropriate screws, and make it work. Nope.
Very nice engine, had a problem with the pick-up on the CDI ignition so I installed a micro switch with harden points in it (just use the white and black wires from the CDI). It runs perfectly. Very enjoyable engine to run.
The. best engine yet, starts easy and runs well.
Hope the next 2 that are on order run as well as the one.
