Great 2 Cylinder Sterling Engine, and Fantastic customer service!!!

I started with the Stirling Engine Kit Hot Air Engine Motor Model Educational Toy Electricity Generator Colorful LED, and had to get another one. This time a 2 cylinder Engine to mess around with both engines. I was excited when the package arrived, but was sad when I found both glass tubes were broken. I contacted customer service and after a good conversation and some photos sent, I was told I would receive new glass tubes to replace the broken ones. Well they got here and I was happy to find they sent me o-rings just in case. Awesome customer service!! Now I have to Sterling engines to mess around with and teach my daughters. Thanks guys.
